The flexible aluminum conduits, due to the specification of their construction, have a very wide range of applications, depending on the ingenuity of the user. However, they are most often used in ventilation and in distribution of warm air from fireplaces. They are made of aluminum tape, 0.10 and 0.12 mm thick. Due to their special design, tape edges are joined together to form a special lock, and spot pressed together for better tightness. The conduit bend radius is equal to the diameter of the conduit. It is used, therefore, in the formation of a ventilation duct, without the use of various elbows. They are made in standard sizes of 2.7 and 3 running metres, and at customer’s request, even up to 50 running meters
