We supplement our current offer with new solutions in chimney technology. Our offer includes collective chimney systems for multi-family buildings, a chimney cascade and a special system of chimney connections for pellet appliances.

Collective chimney system for multi-family buildings

The collective chimney system is made as a single-walled or double-walled and is designed for multi-family, multi-storey buildings. It enables flue gases to be drained simultaneously from several condensing boilers located on many floors. In addition to flue gas discharge, the system enables the supply of air for combustion by means of a space created by a tight chimney casing (chimney shafts) or a space created by an external chimney casing pipe.

Cascade chimney system

The cascade chimney system is designed for simultaneous discharge of flue gases from several condensing boilers located in rows in the boiler room, from which the flue gases are discharged into a single, collective flue gas duct.

Chimney connections for pellet appliances

They are designed as connections for the removal of exhaust fumes from pellet heating systems. In the socket connection of the system elements, silicone gaskets are used, which ensure tightness and prevent the escape of exhaust fumes from the flue gas duct. The products are painted with a special black powder paint.

We would like to introducing you a completely new range of ventilation elements with many important changes. Among the most important are two versions of  new pressed fittings and segment type, silencers acoustic, elements of assembly, insulation mats e.t.c. In our new offer you will find components for mechanical ventilation and recuperation. These elements include distribution boxes and plenum boxes, air distribution system with an antistatic coating and antibacterial cover and isolated ducts. An undoubted advantage of the new offer the recuperation elements is possible to order plenum boxes by own configuration.

The main features of the cowl include:

– increased efficiency achieved by the special shape of the cover

– high resistance to aggressive flue gas environment thanks to the construction made of acid-resistant steel 1.4404
– solid construction based on 0.8 mm thick steel
– durable rotation mechanism based on ball bearings working in high-temperature oil
– limited flue gas contact with the rotation mechanism thanks to placing the bearings in the upper part of the cowl
– easy access to a chimney achieved by the ability to open the upper part of the cowl

We are adding to our offer new roof bases that enable an easy installation of the cowls on traditional brick chimneys.

We are putting up for sale a new rotating head, named Turboflex “SLIM”. The cowl is mounted on the chimney exit of natural ventilation. Due to wind action, which makes it rotate, the chimney draft is increased and stabilized. The advantage of the cowl is also the protection of a chimney duct against unwanted wind, most often in an unfavorable placement of a chimney and unfavorable conditions of the location of a building (places where strong and frequent winds occur – wind zones 2 and 3).

Thanks to a very small in diameter head, the cowl is particularly suitable for use in serial ventilation chimneys and in confined spaces, without fear of collision with an adjacent cowl.

We would like to inform that our company has been awarded the Golden Installer Award for the development and implementation of an innovative product, which is our renovation elbow. This product allows the installation of a new chimney system that evacuates flue gas from boilers with a closed combustion chamber in the existing steel liner (Ø100, Ø125, Ø130), without having to rebuild it. This solution brings a number of benefits, such as – ease and speed of the installation of a chimney system, significantly reducing the cost of the entire investment.
