1. 1. VENT CLEAR app Application has been created and is distributed by Spiroflex Sp. z o.o. located in ul. Wojska Polskiego 6E, 39-300 Mielec, , KRS: 0000055561, NIP: 8171000212, REGON: 690294487, initial capital: 50 000,00 zł, further as “Spiroflex”.

   3. VENT CLEAR app Application is intended to configure HVAC controllers, used in HVAC units produced by Spiroflex, (further as: „Controller”) by connecting Users device with VENT CLEAR app Application.
   4. VENT CLEAR app Application privacy policy (further as “Policy”) aims to provide information on using data and information by VENT CLEAR app Application considering person using VENT CLEAR app Application (further as “User”) or device on which it has been installed (further as: “Users Device”), and privileges to use necessary components of Users Device by VENT CLEAR app Application.

Rules of using data and information 

1. 1. VENT CLEAR app Application does not gather or use ANY personal data of User, that is information on identified or possible to identify natural person. VENT CLEAR app  Application does not recognize Users identity.
   2. The only information that is being stored in VENT CLEAR app Application that user can manage as desired are configuration snapshots created by user and preferences of the application, those preferences include only:
      • VENT CLEAR app Application theme,
      • VENT CLEAR app Application prefered temperature unit.
   3. This data is used in order to configure VENT CLEAR app Application behavior and look the way the User has decided it to be.

Rules of using privileges to Users Device components

1. 1. For proper functionality of VENT CLEAR app Application it is necessary that VENT CLEAR app Application uses components of Users Device.
   2. Before using these components VENT CLEAR app Application will request for granting privileges to Users Device components.
   3. To use the VENT CLEAR app Application following Users Device components are necessary:

• • • Bluetooth, necessary for:
      • establishing connection and communication between Users Device and selected controller,
    • Location of Users Device, only necessary for:
      • finding surrounding BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) devices (including when application is closed or not in use). The physical location of the device is never determined or used for any purpose,
    • Writing and reading of device memory (write external storage, read external storage), necessary for:
      • managing software update files for the controller,
      • creating and managing configuration snapshots,
    • Vibration, necessary for:
      • informing user about copying app special password.

Final provisions

Privacy policy can be amended by Spiroflex.
